Custom and personalized orders
Production time for all bouquets is normally approx 6-9 weeks, unless listed as a Ready to ship item. There is a cancellation fee of $100 for Bouquet orders cancelled after 5 days of purchase. If an order is cancelled later and after the bouquet has already been made the client/buyer forfeits the deposit made at purchase. THANK YOU

JoAnne was very pleasant, courteous & professional in working with to get the boutineer exactly how I wanted it to look. The pics she sent me looked breathtaking. I highly recommend her. My only recommendation is to ship in a box vs a mailing pkg envelope to avoid a tight or squeezed fit therefore, causing a crease in a couple of the petals.
