Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders
Production time for all bouquets is normally approx 6-9 weeks, unless listed as a Ready to ship item. There is a cancellation fee of $100 for Bouquet orders cancelled after 5 days of purchase. If an order is cancelled later and after the bouquet has already been made the client/buyer forfeits the deposit made at purchase. THANK YOU
